In Greene County magistrate court Marne Irlbeck of Coon Rapids was sentenced June 29 to two days in jail with credit for time served on a charge of theft- fifth degree. She was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. She must pay $8 restitution to Dollar General and $121.07 court costs.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Joann Marie Laxson of Jefferson, theft- fifth degree; Edwin Dillon Wade of Jefferson, domestic abuse assault- first offense; Titus Isaiah Jeremiah Brown of Jefferson, public intoxication, interference with official acts, and disorderly conduct- fighting/violent behavior; Anthony Lee Kies of Carroll, public intoxication, disorderly conduct- loud/raucous noise; Travis Austin Smith of Churdan, violation of no contact order; Katelin Rae Lowmiller of Jefferson, violation of no contact order; and Butch Dean Gayle Thede of Churdan, disorderly conduct- loud/raucous noise.
Also, 30 cases were initiated against Zachery Allen Waters of Jefferson, with one charge of violation of a no contact order in each case. Thirty cases were also initiated against Miranda Schlicht of Ralston, with one charge of violation of a no contact order in each case.
